“ The property around the restaurant offers a very welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant offers a seasonal outdoor patio dining area near the main entrance. The interior dining rooms are nicely decorated. The staff are friendly and pleasant. The food was good. The portions are smaller than I expected. I would recommend including soup and salad and bread with the main course dinner plates. You could charge a little more per plate. Offering a complete meal would definitely be a better option. ”
“ An amazing place to eat! A perfect place if you are looking for food at the end of a short drive away from Calgary. The ambience was good, with well curated soft music playing in the background. Taste, texture, and appearance of the food are all a joy to behold and combine to make a delicious dining experience. The service was prompt and courteous. Definitely a place I will visit again. ”
“ The mushroom soup here is ethereal - fragrant, earthy, creamy. A daily soup that is too well made beyond my expectations. I’ve been here twice & decided to rate now all because of that heaven in a bowl soup. All the other dishes are also just as delicious. Services and the atmosphere made you want to stay longer and keep the conversations going. So charming and inviting. All of that to say, this is a place I’d drive 40 minutes to just to have a bowl of soup. My fav Italian place ever. ”
“ My wife and I stopped in for a casual lunch and enjoyed our classic style pizzas. The venue is traditional in styling with a comfortable charm, set in nice surroundings on the edge of Bragg Creek hamlet. As the polite sign near the front door says, good food takes time. Not that the food was slow, but the restaurant has a feel of being unhurried and the menu leans more towards fine dining than a family eatery. We're looking forward to returning for a multi course meal to sample the rest of the delicious looking menu. ”
“ Great place for dinner and the food were up to par with the price. I would go back just for the seafood linguine alone. Beautiful ambience too. Worth the drive. ”
“ We had an amazing dining experience at The Italian Farmhouse! The arancini were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the gamberi pizza was loaded with fresh toppings and just the right amount of heat. The highlight for me was the crab and lobster ravioli – rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The service was very attentive and friendly throughout. We finished with a cheesecake that was truly to die for – the perfect end to a sumptuous meal. Highly recommend this gem! ”
“ We visited this amazing Italian restaurant today and had such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious, every bite was full of flavor and made with so much care. Everything tasted authentic and homemade. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing meal. One of our favorite parts was the balcony surrounded by trees —such a lovely spot to enjoy the view and some fresh air while dining. It’s located about 20 minutes outside the city, but totally worth the short drive. In fact, being a bit away from the hustle made it feel like a peaceful escape. We’ll definitely be coming back— prices are great. Not expensive at all. Highly recommended for anyone who loves real Italian food in a charming, relaxing setting. ”
“ Tood a drive out to Bragg Creek for lunch at the Italian Farmhouse, it is a great stop on a road trip or for a special occassion. There were three of us, i don't think there is a bad table in the place. Starting with a fantastic bottle of wine, the waiter said the owner was thrilled someone had ordered it, it was new to the menu. The Carpresi Salad was a nice starter for us to share. it was nicely presented and very tasty, the dabs of pesto was a nice addition, it was just nicely spiced. Myself and a friend had the Tagliatelli Carbonara, the noodles were perfectly cooked, the sauce, just enough, and the flavour fantastic. Our other friend had the Mussels, he said they were nicely done, the broth was flavourful and not overdone. The toasted bread was a nice addition. I would definately recommend a reservation, for a Tuesday at lunch it was very busy, ”
